Talent Search Programs at the University of Arkansas is seeking applications for Administrative Support Supervisor (30 hours per week). The successful candidate will assist with the organization and administration of daily office operations; train and evaluate student support staff; maintain student files, personnel records, and budget/inventory records in compliance with institutional, federal, and U.S. Department of Education regulations; make staff/student travel arrangements; process travel requests, leave, purchases, and reimbursements using the institution's BASIS system; oversee hourly/work study payroll; conduct student tracking; and assist directors and search chairs with advertising and the coordination of personnel searches. The position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institutional policy.
