Join the AASAP membership for the annual fall conference! The conference will feature concurrent educational sessions, a program share sessions, the TRIO Achiever's Banquet, an alumni event, and a recognition luncheon. Prior to the conference, attendees are invited to attend pre-conference activities with two sessions to choose from. Preconference will feature facilitators, Lucy Jones and Ryan Eller.
Recognition Banquet - Do you know someone who has or is retiring soon from their TRIO position? Please let us know and they will honor them at the 2017 Fall Conference Recognition Luncheon. Please submit name, years of service, program, and school to email@example.com.

AASAP Members—One of the great ways that we generate personal contributions for Fair Share is through our Fall Conference Raffle! If you are planning on bringing a raffle prize, please shoot me an email with a few details so I will have a good idea of our raffle set up needs. Also, please refer to the Raffle and Fair Share Guidelines document on the AASAP website conference page for information on the procedures we will be using for ticket purchases and personal giving credit.

Call for Moderators

AASAP is looking for volunteers to serve as concurrent session moderators. As a moderator, you will provide a service to both session presenters and participants by making sure each session runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: attending a brief orientation, meeting the speaker before the session, keeping the speaker on time, asking for questions from the audience, and overseeing the session evaluations. Individuals selected to serve as moderators will be contacted prior to the conference for confirmation.
